What this site stores in your browser, and what it deliberately does not.
1. Short version
This website uses the cookies strictly necessary to work, plus Google Analytics — and only after you accept it in the banner below. We still run no advertising pixels and no other tracking of any kind: no Meta Pixel, no ad network.
2. The cookies we do use
Strictly necessary — always on:
- Session cookie — set by our hosting platform (Odoo) so the site works correctly while you browse it and when you submit the contact form.
- Language preference — remembers whether you are reading the English or the Italian version, so you are not switched back on every page.
These are technical cookies: they do not identify you personally, are not used to build a profile, and are not shared with anyone.
Only with your consent:
- Google Analytics (
_ga,_ga_*) — set only if you click "I agree" in the cookie banner. Tells us how many people visit the site, which pages they read and roughly where from, so we can improve it. If you click "Only essentials", or never respond to the banner, this cookie is not set and Google does not receive an identifier for your browser.
The first time you visit, a banner lets you choose. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back — or you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically, on any site, using Google’s browser add-on.
3. The video on the home page
The Brand Compass video is hosted on YouTube, but it is not embedded directly. Until you press play, no YouTube script is loaded and no cookie is set by Google. Only when you choose to watch it does the player load, and from that moment YouTube may set its own cookies under Google’s policies.
4. Booking a call
Bookings are handled on Google Calendar, on a page separate from this website. Cookies set there are Google’s and are governed by Google’s cookie policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Since the ones we use are strictly necessary, blocking them may stop the contact form or the language switch from working properly.
6. If this changes
If we add further tools in future — for example advertising pixels — we will update this page before they go live and change the date above.
