This website is operated by Solalera LTDA, cédula jurídica 3102763453, Santa Teresa de Cóbano, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, under the brand Fractional Partner. By using this site you accept these terms.
1. What this website is
This site presents the services offered under the Fractional Partner brand and allows you to get in touch or book an introductory call. The content is informative: it describes an approach and past work, and it is not a proposal, a guarantee of results, or professional advice tailored to your situation.
2. No professional relationship is created by browsing
Reading this site, downloading material from it or booking a call does not create a consulting relationship between you and Solalera LTDA. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out its scope, duration and cost.
3. Booking a call
The preliminary call is free and carries no obligation for either side. Booking a slot does not commit us to accepting an engagement, and does not commit you to buying anything. We may decline to proceed if we conclude that we are not the right fit — and we will say so plainly.
