What this site stores in your browser, and what it deliberately does not.
1. Short version
This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to work. At the time of writing we run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel.
2. The cookies we do use
- Session cookie — set by our hosting platform (Odoo) so the site works correctly while you browse it and when you submit the contact form.
- Language preference — remembers whether you are reading the English or the Italian version, so you are not switched back on every page.
These are technical cookies: they do not identify you personally, are not used to build a profile, and are not shared with anyone.
3. The video on the home page
The Brand Compass video is hosted on YouTube, but it is not embedded directly. Until you press play, no YouTube script is loaded and no cookie is set by Google. Only when you choose to watch it does the player load, and from that moment YouTube may set its own cookies under Google’s policies.
4. Booking a call
Bookings are handled on Google Calendar, on a page separate from this website. Cookies set there are Google’s and are governed by Google’s cookie policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Since the ones we use are strictly necessary, blocking them may stop the contact form or the language switch from working properly.
6. If this changes
We plan to add website analytics in the future. If and when we do, this page will be updated before those tools go live, the date above will change, and — where the law requires it — you will be asked for consent beforehand.
